BBA rep Natasha donates to children
Evicted Malawi’s Big Brother The Chase representative Natasha Tonthola took a rest off her busy schedule to visit and donate to some chronically ill children at Kamuzu Central Hospital.
Initially, Natasha planned to visit Namalawi, a Dedza woman who was brutally assaulted by her husband recently. However, she was discharged before Natasha’s visit.
“I had to make this donation because I know though small it will lighten up some people. I therefore donated to three children who are chronically ill including some who are HIV positive.
If people may remember, I said as part of my plans, I intend to be doing charity work and since they say charity begins at home, I had to start this on my own before I go knocking at companies or organisations doors for help towards the initiative.
Elestina Kademera, whose 10-month-old baby boy is receiving TB treatment benefited from the donation was all thankful to Natasha for the kind gesture.
The items donated included Sobo, soap, sugar and bread.
